9:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday- all phone and email inquiries will be dealt with between these hours

Delivery:
Please note that the cut off time for orders to make the next day delivery service is 2:30pm.

Returns information:
Place the dress/s in the original packaging or one similar (please do not ball the dress up and stuff it into a small envelope).
Include a note giving your name, day time contact number, the ID number you have been issued with and the name, size and colour of the dress or garments you want in exchange. If you are requesting a refund instead please put this on the letter instead. You do not need a returns docket to send back our dresses, the note will suffice. We will contact you once we receive your return. Please note that returns can take up to 7 working days to process.
