CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

In order to receive your goods in time for Christmas please see the times specified below to avoid disappointment.
Last order date in time for Christmas is Friday the 21st of December at 2pm

NEW YEARS EVE DELIVERY

Last order date in time for New Years Eve is Thursday the 27th December at 2pm
All deliveries placed from the 28th December - 2nd of January will be delivered on the 3rd and 4th of January
Please note, if you order between 1st December and 24th December, you have until 17th January 2013 to return any unsuitable items.
Any orders from 25th December 2012 onwards will be subject to our standard 14 day returns policy.

Delivery:
Please note that the cut off time for orders to make the next working day delivery is 12 noon order before then and your order will be with you the next day. Orders made after 12 noon please allow two working days for delivery (NB, we do not deliver at weekends or bank holidays)

Returns or exchange information:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred

Please note:

• You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
• Sale items and fancy dress costumes non refundable or exchangeable.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us at customerservice@dresses.ie and we will arrange pick up.
• The parcel can take up to 10 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery please be patient.
• We will process your return within 48hrs of receiving your parcel.
• Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement.
