My Order

Do I have to order online?

Yes, all orders must be placed online (if you have credit on your account please email your order to customerservice@dresses.ie please include phone number)

Is it safe to order on dresses.ie?

Yes our site is safe for your credit /debit card information.
We use the latest online encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and information like your credit / debit card details.

How do I know you got my order?

Once you have completed and confirmed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order receipt please allow up to 30 minutes to receive an email.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed on order with us it cannot be changed, if you want to return a product to us please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return a product.

Can my order be cancelled?

Once you have placed on order with us it cannot be cancelled, if you want to return a product to us please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return a product.

I have received the wrong order or faulty product what do I do?

Please email customerservice@dresses.ie and include your order no and details of what you received we will then contact you and arrange pick up of item.

We deliver to Europe and the rest of the world.

Delivery Costs

Ireland: Next working day delivery €6.00/ Free on orders over €50.00 (Please note for next day delivery orders must be made before 12 noon – we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays)

UK: 2 day delivery €6.00/ Free on orders over €50.00

EU: €10.00 standard 3-5 working days

Rest of World: €15.00 standard up to 10 working days

Please note for orders to Europe on the Rest of the world there is a maximum of 5 items that can be ordered

How long will my delivery take to get to me?

For deliveries to Ireland your order will be with you the next working day provided you order before 12.00 noon we use DPD courier service that deliver between the hours 8.30am to 6.30pm.
For deliveries to UK please allow two working days.

Europe 3-5 working Days

Rest of World up to 10working days

Can you deliver to a different address than my card billing address?

Yes. We can deliver to a work address or another residential address please include when you are purchasing your item.

What if I’m not there when my delivery arrives?

The courier will leave a calling card with details on how to contact them to receive your parcel. Please ensure when enter your contact number that you enter a number that you will be contactable on the day of delivery. If you have not received a calling card please email our customer care team with your order ID number at customerservice@dresses.ie and we investigate further.


Product Returns

How long do I have to return items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note we do not refund the cost of postage for your return. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.


Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Laser, Maestro and Electron. Also we now accept 3V payment.

I am having problems when entering my payment card details

Please refresh your order and start again, then place your order again and ensure all card details are correct. If a problem still occurs please contact our customers care team at customerservice@dresses.ie.
