FAQ’s

Q:  How long does delivery take?

A:   Delivery is usually next day to anywhere in Ireland, however you need to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address you have given in order to sign for the package as it is sent via courier service.  You will also need to stay by the contact number you have included as the courier may ring before he delivers and if he gets no answer he may not deliver.

Q:  How much does Delivery cost?

A:   The delivery charges mentioned are for Ireland only. €5 for one and two items and free delivery on 3 or more items.

Q: What if the dress doesn’t fit properly, can I exchange it for a different size?

A:   Yes, all dresses can be exchanged for a different size or colour, provided we have them available in the size or colour you require.  If we do not have it in the alternative size or colour, you are welcome to exchange it for a different dress to the same value or less.

Q:  When I have chosen the dress I want in exchange, what do I do now?

A:   Simply put the dress in the original envelope, or one similar (please do not ball the dress up and stuff it into a small envelope), include a note giving your name, day time contact number, the ID number you have been issued with and the name, size and colour of the dress you want in exchange.

Q:  Can I get a refund on my dress if it does not suit?

A:   You can have a refund on all full price items, provided they are returned to us in their original condition within 7 days, delivery charges are non-refundable.  Sale or reduced items however are non-refundable, they are however exchangeable for a different size, colour or style, provided it’s to the same value or less.  Alternatively you can avail of credit, which can be used against the purchase of any item for up to 6 months. Please note that we recommend you send the items back via registered post as we cannot take responsibility for any items not received in the post.

Q:  How do I go about getting a refund?

A:   Firstly make sure you are eligible for a refund.  Simply put the dress in the original envelope, or one similar (please do not ball the dress up and stuff it into a small envelope), include a note giving your name, day time contact number, the ID number you have been issued with and stating that you want a refund.  Once we receive the item the refund will be processed, please note that in some circumstances it may take up to two weeks for the refund to be put back onto your card.  The items have to be checked upon their return and then depending on the bank it may take up to 5 working days to be processed.  Therefore allow two weeks and if the money has not been returned to your account, simply call our office and we will attend to the matter immediately.

Q: I have credit which I now wish to use, how do I place the order?

A:   You need to ring our office and place the order directly with us, please have your order ID number to hand also, this way we can use the credit that you have remaining on your account. If an order is placed through the system and you fill in your credit card details it will be charged to your account as usual.  If you have accidentally done this then please be sure to ring our office immediately in order to have it rectified.

Q:  The dress that I want is no longer in stock, can I re-order it in my size?

A:   Depending on the dress style, we may be getting it back into stock anyway.  You can simply email us with the dress name and the size you want and we will let you know if it will be coming back in to stock. If it is coming back in we can place your order into our pending file and send out the dress once it’s back in.  We will call you before hand and will only charge your card once you have given us the approval.
