How do I use credit on my dresses.ie account?
If you have credit, please log into your Dresses.ie account (My Account on homepage). Choose the item/s you want to purchase and add to shopping cart. Look for the Use Credit to Pay option, choose the amount of credit you want to use from the drop down menu. Then proceed to Checkout. Is it safe to order on dresses.ie?
Yes our site is safe for your credit /debit card information. We use the latest online encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and information like your credit / debit card details.
How do I know you got my order?
Once you have completed and confirmed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order receipt please allow up to 30 minutes to receive an email.

I have received the wrong order or faulty product what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and details of what you received. We will then contact you and arrange pick up of item. If you are returning all items ordered place a note inside the parcel stating the reason for the return, and you will be refunded the delivery costs as well as the item.

We deliver to Ireland, UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
Ireland: Next working day delivery €4.5 / Free on orders over €50.00 (Please note for next day delivery orders must be made before 12 noon – we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays)
UK: 2 day delivery €7 / Free on orders over €50.00
EU: €10.00 standard 3-5 working days
Rest of World: €15.00 standard up to 10 working days
Please note for orders to Europe on the Rest of the world there is a maximum of 5 items allowed per order
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
We're sorry, but we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as this varies widely. For information on current charges, contact your local customs office
How long will my delivery take to get to me?
For deliveries to Ireland your order will be with you the next working day provided you order before 12.00 noon we use GLS courier service that deliver between the hours 8.30am to 6.30pm.
For deliveries to UK please allow two working days.
Europe 3-5 working Days
Rest of World up to 10 working days
Can you deliver to a different address than my card billing address?
Yes. We can deliver to a work address or another residential address please include when you are purchasing your item. If you are selecting a work address please ensure you always put the name of the Company or Organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure it is successfully delivered.
What if I'm not there when my delivery arrives?
The courier will leave a calling card with details on how to contact them to receive your parcel. Please ensure when enter your contact number that you enter a number that you will be contactable on the day of delivery. If you have not received a calling card please email our customer care team with your order ID number at email@example.com and we investigate further.

What if my parcel does not arrive?
Please contact us and we can investigate further, and if necessary action a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that this can take up to 21 days to process the claim with the carrier.
How long do I have to return items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour or item if preferred. Please note we do not refund the cost of postage for your return. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
How long does it take to process a return?
We aim to refund you as quickly as possible, please allow 21 working days from the date we receive your returned item for refund to show on your bank statement. (we endeavor to process refund as quickly as possible)
How can I track the status of my return?
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email to confirm this.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Laser, Maestro and Electron. Also we now accept 3V payment and paypal.
When will I be charged?
When you reach the final billing page and submit your order we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment either your card issuer or Customer Services will contact you.

How do I use a Promotional Code?
Log into your Dresses.ie account. Use the Redeem Gift Card Option. The value will be added as credit on your account. In order to use this credit, log into your Dresses.ie account. Choose the item/s you want to purchase. Then choose the amount of credit you would like to use from the Use Credit to Pay option. Select from the drop down menu. This will then be deducted from the Total Amount.
I forgot to use my Promotional Code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed. The same applies when using credit.
